Jenny Sarang has corporate sector experience for over 27 years. She has designed and conducted workshops for junior to senior management for more than 50 organizations over 19 years.
She is a strong business leader has successfully led a training profit centre for GE Corporate for four years, which more than tripled its size, profit margin, courses offered, etc. She has Seven & half years of finance experience in budgeting, financial analysis, joint venture negotiations, market research and due diligence. She has managed team sizes ranging from 100-250 people. Jenny is one of the leading names in the Corporate Training and Executive Coach sector in India.
She has designed and executed developmental and operational training programs for 8.5 years across 30 businesses and 15 countries for GE and GE’s Strategic Customers and Suppliers. Certified by Crontonville (GE Leadership Training Centre) in Designing Customer Experiences, Facilitation, Basic Leadership Skills, Coaching, Hiring, Change Management, Influencing Skills, and Workout. She is also a Certified assessor of MBTI Step I & II, DiSC, Facet5, Eq-i, Experience Point Simulation & member of ASTD
