Copyrighted Instruments & Simulation Game Available
1. Experience Point – Design Thinking Simulation Game

Tim Brown of IDEO pioneered design thinking in 2008. IDEO and Experience Point have come together to create a design thinking simulation game of 4-6 hours. Teams compete and learn the design thinking concepts through hands on team competition which teaches participants the design thinking concepts. There are two case study options which are a business case or recycling case that can be used.

2. EQ-I 2.0 Workplace Report

Based on the work of Dr. Reuven Bar-on, he created the first of its’ kind Emotional Intelligence (EQ) instrument. User will get a 20-page report that evaluates the user’s EQ in five areas – Self-Perception, Self-Expression, Interpersonal Skills, Decision Making, and Stress Management. Each composite has three additional sub components. There are a total of 15 sub categories.

3. EQ-I 2.0 Leadership Report

Based on the work of Dr. Reuven Bar-on, he created the first of its’ kind Emotional Intelligence (EQ) instrument. User will get a report that evaluates the user’s EQ in five areas – Self-Perception, Self-Expression, Interpersonal Skills, Decision Making, and Stress Management in relation to leadership skills including 15 sub categories.

4. EQ-I 2.0 Leadership Report

Based on the work of Dr. Reuven Bar-on, he created the first of its’ kind Emotional Intelligence (EQ) instrument. User will invite 360-degree assessors (peers, direct report, manager and self). After the assessors complete it, a 360 Degree report will compare all these groups in terms of the user’s EQ in five areas – Self-Perception, Self-Expression, Interpersonal Skills, Decision Making, and Stress Management and 15 sub categories.

5. DISC Management Staff Report

Based the work of William Marston, a copyrighted instrument that gives the user a 25-page report which describes the person’s adapted and natural styles at work and in terms of leadership skills based on four factors – Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance.

6. DISC Communication Style Report

A copyrighted instrument that gives a 14 report describes the user’s adapted and natural styles in communication based on William Marston’s theory using the four factors – Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance. The report goes in depth into different parts of communication and what style the person has.

7. DISC Interviewing Report

A copyrighted instrument that produces a 10-page report helps the reader assess the DISC style of a potential candidate in an interview and questions to ask.

8. Thomas Kilmann Conflict Instrument

Based on the work of Thomas and Kilmann, the copyrighted instrument assesses five conflict resolution.

9. MBTI – Self Scorable or M Profile Report / Interpretive Report

Based on the work on Dr. Carl Jung, the instrument helps the user understand their primary style out of 16 styles. The user will understand the major factors that influence the way we behave. Are you an introvert or extrovert? Are you a Sensing or Thinking person? How do you make decisions – data or gut? Are you time bound or relaxed in terms of time?

10. MBTI – Step II Profile Report / Interpretive Report

Based on the work on Dr. Carl Jung, the instrument helps the user understand their primary style out of 16 styles. The user will get a 20-page in-depth report on the way we behave in much greater detail and get insights into different styles, leadership and communication in various situations.
